Seven years ago, Rhonda attended her first pole party and instantly fell in love with the art form. Known for her exceptional strength and unwavering dedication to pole fitness, Rhonda is a true powerhouse. Her passion for pole and its transformative impact on individuals. KIEVA STRAWBRIDGE

Co-Owner - Pole Inverts, Pole Mixed Combos, Intro to Pole, Beginner Inverts, Beginner Spins, Spin Combos, Heels, Chair Dance, Dancer Fit, Choreo with Kieva, Dancer Strength & Conditioning.

Kieva's extensive dance journey began at the young age of four. Kieva continued her dance education at George Brown College in the Dance Performance Program, where she had the opportunity to collaborate with industry-known choreographers and perform at the Betty Oliphant Theatre in Toronto. Since 2019, Kieva has been an integral member of the Toronto Argonauts A-team, assuming the role of captain in 2023. Her diverse dance repertoire spans from Modern, Jazz, and Hip-hop, to Ballet, and Irish Dance, reflecting a comprehensive understanding of various styles and genres.

Kieva's passion for pole fitness began over six years ago, igniting a transformative journey of strength and self-discovery. What started as curiosity blossomed into a love for the art form's strength, grace, and empowerment. Mastering new tricks became a thrilling challenge, while sharing her knowledge with students brought immense joy. She also shares her love of teaching heels dance to adults, adding a unique dimension to her classes. It's more than a workout; it's a lifestyle and community she's deeply grateful to be a part of.

Kieva is also proud to be the co-owner of PWR Pole & Fitness, where she shares her passion for Pole fitness and Dance.

TRISSY WHITE

Pole Inverts & Mixed Combos

Trissy is a seasoned Pole Fitness instructor with a wealth of experience dating back to 2014. She is dedicated to empowering individuals to embrace strength, grace, and confidence through the art of pole fitness. As an advocate for fostering a fun, safe, and supportive community, Trissy is committed to helping others discover their inner strength.

Dedicated to continuous improvement, Trissy consistently trains to provide the best experience for her students. Her passion for pole fitness has taken her around the globe, allowing her to train under esteemed professionals and pole idols, both internationally and locally.

HEIDI SICHANTHA

Down & Dirty with Heidi, Beginner Exotic, Exotic Tricks, Spins & Transitions

Heidi initiated her pole journey in 2019, honing skills in spinning and dance. Recognizing the need for elevation, she embraced the challenge of mastering movements at an elevated height of 8 inches. In 2021, Heidi set her sights on mastering inverted techniques, marking a significant milestone in her progression.

Transitioning from a peer to an instructor in 2022, Heidi brings enthusiasm, an uplifting personality, and expertise in beginner exotic pole dance. Through her guidance, students navigate the intricacies of transitioning into exotic heels. Heidi takes pride in actively participating in her students' pole journeys, offering support with her infectious smile and dynamic personality. RILEY GREENSHIELDS

Yogalates, Yoga inversions, Abs & Ass & Deep Stretch

Riley Greenshields, is a professional dancer, movement motivator, creator and wellness activist. Her love for movement first sparked in her early years of competitive figure skating where she achieved quadruple gold status. She went to graduate with honours from York University with a double degree in dance and social work. 

Riley always had this vision of offering movement therapy but didn’t quite know what that looked until recently. Having danced professionally in the industry for the past 7 years and most recently completed her Trauma Informed Movement & Presence Yoga Teacher Training, Riley is eager and excited to bring fourth her cross training classes. Through a wide range of movement you will explore strength building, mobility, breath work, body awareness and offerings for enhanced longevity.
